Our customer needs to integrate the RFQ from MM Modulo to Ariba Sourcing Project and once is awarded create a contract or PO in MM.
I cannot find documentation on how to implement this requirements without using SAP PI.
Can anyone help me on this topic?

I am not able to enable DFS feature in IE11 browser even after following below DFS troubleshooting steps and Ariba system struck in below screen after installation of ActiveX control.
Need your suggestions for the same.
DFS Troubleshooting steps
I. Configure Internet Browser
1. Open Internet Explorer > click on Tools (at the top of the screen) > Select "Internet Options".
2. Click on the General Tab> click on “Delete” or "Delete Cookies" (based on your browser version) > and then click ‘OK’ to delete.
3. On the General Tab> click on “Delete” or "Delete Files" (based on your browser version) > and then click ‘OK’ to delete.
4. On the General Tab> click on "Settings" > click on "View Objects".
5. Right -click on "Ariba Client Automation ActiveX Control" > click “Remove” > click OK
6. Click on the Security Tab> click on "Custom Level" > Set as follows:
A. Under ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins
1. Disable“Allow previously unused ActiveX Controls to run without prompt
2. Enable“Allow Scriptlets”
3. Enable“Automatic Prompting for ActiveX Controls”
4. Enable“Binary and Script Behaviors”
5. Enable“Download Signed ActiveX Controls”
6. Prompt“Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls”
7. Prompt“Initialize and Script ActiveX Controls not marked as safe for scripting”
8. Enable“Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins”
9. Enable“Script ActiveX Controls marked as safe for scripting”
B. Scroll down and under “Downloads”
Enable:
1. Automatic Prompting for file downloads
C. Scroll down and Under “Scripting”
Enable:
Prompt:
Disable:
1. Allow status bar updates via script
Enable:
D. Scroll to the bottom and under “Authentic Authorization”
1. Select "Automatic logon only in Intranet zone" > click OK
7. Click on the Privacy Tab> Uncheck the box for "block pop-ups"
8. On the Privacy Tab> click on "Advanced" and set as follows:
9. Click on Advanced Tab and verify the following settings. Please leave all the rest of check marks as they are. Only make changes to the following three settings:
1. Under the “Browsing” section, make sure that “enable install on demand (internet explorer)" is unchecked.
2. Under "HTTP 1.1 settings" section, make sure only the option "use http 1.1" is checked.
3. Under the "Security" section, make sure that "do not save encrypted pages to disk" is unchecked.
II. Restart the computer/machine. Log back into the On-Demand Sourcing site and check if you continue to see the error message related to DFS.

I have been tasked with trying to implement the use of more reverse auctions within our organization. We have held many forward auctions but we seem to meet a lot of resistance around reverse auctions. I'm reaching out the Ariba community for some feedback on the usage of auctions. Below are some of my questions:
1) 1) On average how many eAuctions do you hold in a month?
3 2) When implementing the use of eAuctions did you experience resistance from others in your Procurement dept? Suppliers? Business Partners?
If yes, how did you overcome this in order to receive buy-in from these different parties?
4) 3) How do we increase the number of eAuctions?
5) 4) How do you determine what goes to eAuction? Do you auction both product and services?
6) 5) Do you generally hold an RFP before going to eAuction?
7) 6) How do you open your eAuctions for?
8) 7) From your experience what do you feel is the key to a successful eAuction?
9) 8) In terms of savings how successful do find eAuctions? Can you estimate how much more you’ve saved since implementing eAuctions?

Is there any way we can achieve this?

I am SAP PI consultant. currently i am working on integration requirement with ARIBA. where we need to upload ARIBA Spend Analytic .CSV files into Ariba. We can achieve this by installing Ariba integration tool in our Landscape. But my client want to use SAP PI as integration tool. Please share your Ideas how can i implement my scenario.

First, I am an Ariba newbie. 
We are looking to integrate our existing web application, that allows buyers to purchase services, with Ariba. Due to the custom nature of our services, we have determined that using a PunchOut catalog makes the most sense. I am reviewing the cXML Solutions Guide and I've read a few other documents in the Ariba Production Documentation site. I believe I have a test punchout catalog setup in our test account. One of my initial questions is how can I work with this test catalog pointing it to a development version of our web site on my local machine? It appears that SSL is required even in the test account. Can I use a self-signed certificate?
The existing web application that we will be integrating with is ASP.NET application written in C# running on IIS.
If this is not possible, how can I simulate cXML transactions being posted from Ariba to our application when we are developing our solution?

Our scenario is SAP ERP - Ariba P2P Integrated one where Purchase orders are created in SAP ERP and pushed to Ariba for Order collaboration
and automation. And Invoices are created in Ariba Invoice Pro and after reconcillation, they are pushed to SAP ERP for payment processing.
The middelware for integration is SAP PI with Ariba AN adapter.
In nutshell, SAP ERP is the 'buyer' system and Ariba is 'seller' system.
Data Migration
As a part of the data migration for Purchase orders during cutover phase I have few questions.
1.Legacy POs( POs from nonSAP system which will be retired post Ariba Go Live) which run into hudreds for a given business have to be brought into the new system.
But how can wer use the 'export and import tool' offered by Ariba, as the POs have to come from ECC, the source system
2. SAP ERP is already in use and we have to connect to SAP production system ( ultimately) to the new Ariba system.
Can anyone suggest or describe the steps on how to migrate the legacy POs to the above scenario?

We are trying to load Contract Terms in downstream for Contract Workspace using "Import Contracts in ZIP File" task. The task completes without any error. However, there are no records created / updated.
Can anyone provide sample files for loading Contract Terms against Contract Workspace and steps to be followed?

I would like to have communications offline with some of my usual suppliers who don´t want to use Ariba. So I would like to send them my proposals and when I recieve them back be able to create an scenario with these responses and also be able to award the best bid using Ariba´s scenario.
I apreciate any help in this issue because it´s important for me to get this posible feature.

As per my understanding, Ariba 9R1/9R2 are the versions is referred to Ariba On premise and for On Demand we use 13s/14s, right ?
Please correct me if I am wrong. Also I would like to know how do we map the business requirements to Ariba requirements.
