When we originally implemented Ariba we used the redlining feature; however, we found it was difficult to track changes that are made outside Ariba, so we abandoned its use. This was a few years ago and now we are revisiting the possibility of tracking changes within Ariba. So my questions are:
1. What is your experience with Supplier adoption of redlining within Ariba?
2. Why does your company use the redlining tool?
3. Does the tool save time?
4. How do you track each round of redlines? - When we used the feature we lost which redlines belong to whom.
