What would be the best possible way to capture negotiation process of a contract workspace negotiated outside of Ariba?

Hi All,

I am working on a legacy contract which is created and negotiated outside the Ariba.

I have various versions of "Amendments" and would like to update all the documents and track version history of Amendments. Is it possible?

If yes, Please suggest the best possible way to capture this negotiation?
