Creating Surveys , Scorecardsa and KPI

Hi All,

I have a question on SIPM .

1.I have created a project on SIPM now I am not sure how to start with, whether start with creating surveys or Scorecards or KPI.

Can any one let me know how to go ahead.

2.Is Ariba SIPM divided into two parts SPQ and SIM please let me know.

It would be help full if I get screenshots of Ariba step by step.
