How the Contracts group is organized is always a lively topic for conversation and debate. Many of us have been through a variety of models and also a range of reporting lines. Now is your chance to discover how your reporting line and organizational structure compares with others.
IACCM is conducting a short survey on this topic and we'd like to give you the chance to participate. We want to look at how companies are delivering contract and commercial services to the business. For many, the trend is towards centralization of contracts and commercial resources. But that is not necessarily true of all companies -- some who have tried it, are re-organizing once again!
