I am seeking some information on how other users are running Sourcing events for construction projects. Have you experienced any limitations in the module itself (i.e., capacity issues for attachments, etc.)? Do you find the participant population in this realm resists or accepts this method of responding to bids? Any other obstacles or challenges you are willing to share, and more importantly, how did you overcome them?
Also, post-award, how do you maintain and tracke the status of the construction process as far as budget, draws against the budget, resources, project milestones/target completion dates, etc. Are you utilizing an Ariba tool or are you using a third party solution? If you are using a third party solution, do you integrate the tools?
