We are running Sourcing 9R1 SP27 -
Once an event (RFI/RFP) is published, the Category manager or team member use the message board to
provide answers to posted messages, or provide additional info. Sometimes the category manager or team
member use the cut and paste function in the message box to attach content to the message, and when message is sent,
the supplier receives the message with HTML language embedded within the message(see example below).
Did anyone experience this problem. Just trying to determine if I should open a defect with Ariba or there is a reason why this happens and a solution.
