Our category teams want to evaluate their top 10 suppliers.
we have 5 categories.
So by the book it would mean: 5 x (10 different spm projects; 10 different surveys;10 separate email invitations for some stakeholder).
Does someone here has a nice work arround or working pratice so that multiple supplier evalution can be a bit easier and feasible in real life ?
